Rules of the challenge

Rules of the 75 hard challenge:

Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors. Improves physical fitness, endurance, and mental toughness while also encouraging you to stay active every day.

Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks do not count). Expands your knowledge, helps to make you calm (especially before sleeping), and makes you put down your phone.

Follow a diet of your choice – no cheat meals, no alcohol, and for the extremes: no sugar. Builds discipline with food choices, improves nutrition, and helps you stay consistent with your health goals.

Take one progress photo. Helps you visually track progress and stay motivated by seeing small changes over time.

Drink 1 gallon (about 3 liters) of water. Supports hydration, energy levels, focus, and overall body function.
